To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. 2. We collect and store your personal information to operate our website and to provide the services and/or products you have requested.

7. PJD may keep track of the websites and pages used by our users' visits within PJD, in order to determine what PJD products or services are most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within PJD.
8. Information about your computer's hardware and software may be automatically collected by PJD. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for general operation, quality control, and statistics on our website.
9. We respect your privacy and give you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt out of receiving any or all communications from third-party partners of PJD by contacting us here at PJD by email, telephone, or mail.
10. PJD reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time. Pamalama Jo Designs owns copyright protection for the designs and patterns sold here. We hope you enjoy making these quilts and other projects for your own personal use. When purchasing a Pamalama Jo Designs' pattern, you have been granted certain rights and privileges.

You have the right to:

• Make the quilts or other projects for your personal, non-commercial use.
  (This means you cannot make items to be sold.)
• Use the designs (drawings) on clothing or projects for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Change the size of the design to your personal preference.

You DO NOT have the right to:

• Duplicate any part of any pattern (directions, photos, or designs) for any reason for distribution to others.
• Produce any quantity of finished products for sale, either by yourself or through others such as charities or non-profits
• Place the appliqué designs on any items for sale.
• Sell items with the appliqué designs online on any website or platform.

• Shipping of paper patterns: Shipping of paper patterns is available only to the U.S. and Canada at this time. Patterns are shipped via US First Class Mail in sturdy cardboard flat envelopes or boxes.

• Processing and shipping times:
  The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. We will notify you if your pattern(s) cannot ship within 3 business days. Estimated delivery time in the U.S. and Canada is 4 to 7 business days. We will do our best to honor these times. However, these are estimates, and we cannot guarantee them.
